OF MANY NATIONS.

Ex Said Maybe to Meeting Up - Duration: 5:53.
Hey there, it's Clay with modernlove.life and this is Relationship Inner Game.
Now in this video and in this series of videos, I want to talk a little bit more about what
your ex is thinking - what your ex is experiencing in this whole process of, you know, hearing
from you and possibly even getting back together with you.
And in this first video I want to talk about what your ex's thinking when they say maybe
to meeting up.
So you know, maybe you've gotten in touch with your ex, maybe you've even asked them
to get together with coffee for you or you know, whatever.
And instead of saying yes, and instead of saying no, which are, you know, have their
own meetings independently, they have said, maybe now what exactly does it mean if your
ex says maybe to meeting up with you?
And the truth is that it comes from a place of a little bit of confusion on your ex's
part.
Okay?
Now if you know from other things that we've talked about in previous videos and over on
our website, modernlove.life, you know that your ex has their own emotional journey that
they go on during the process of getting back together with you and during this time there
are essentially overcoming an emotional resistance towards interacting with you or towards being
in a relationship with you and as they move through this emotional journey of going from
not wanting anything to do with you of wanting to break up with you towards maybe, you know,
dipping their toe in the water towards trying things out a little bit towards getting some
pretty good interactions with you and then eventually towards actually being open to
the idea of getting back together with you.
They are going to be going through a wide spectrum of emotions, most notably of which
they're probably going to be experiencing confusion in that middle ground.
Okay.
As their sort of emotions are going through this tug of war between, you know, hey, it
was a great idea that we broke up with them.
No, we still have strong feelings for them.
Maybe we should get back together.
No, we broke up with them for a reason, but it feels good when we interact.
Right?
There's going to be this, this back and forth in the middle.
And if you've asked your ex to get together with you or to meet up with you for coffee
or for a date or for whatever.
And and they said maybe it's probably because they're somewhere around the middle of that
spectrum specifically.
That would be the area that we call Riding the dragon.
What's going on here is that your ex does have positive feelings for you.
They do actually have some sentiment for you, which is what's motivating them to want to
say yes, but they also have some hesitation, some resistance, some apprehension about getting
together with you and this is what's making them want to say no.
And you know, if you combine a yes and, or no, so you have that, what do you get?
You get a maybe.
Right?
And so what can be very helpful in these sorts of situations is to understand that your ex
is confused and to understand the, your ex is going through this emotional journey along
the way.
So for example, if your ex says maybe to meeting up, you can always just make light of the
situation.
For example, they might be afraid that you want to talk about relationship stuff, deep
heavy things.
You know, how sorry you are, do maybe some of the things that maybe you did in the beginning
that you probably know better by now, like begging and pleading, swearing up and down
that things are going to be different, all of that stuff, most of us, when we go through
a breakup, we instinctively try those things and we learned very quickly that that is not
the best way to build a solid emotional connection with your ex and to really inspire your ex
to get back together.
So if you've done something like no contact or whatever and you've reached back out to
your ex and you have asked them to meet up with you and they say maybe what could be
going on is that the part of them that is hesitant towards meeting up with you is concerned
that you might try to have this deep, heavy emotional relationship talk and that there'll
be stuck at some restaurant or, or whatever.
Wherever you go for your date and they're gonna be stuck at a table with you and you're
going to be just dumping on them emotionally.
It's not going to be fun and you know, they can't leave because they need to wait for
the check to come and it's going to be fun.
So what you can do is you can put their mind at ease by just letting them know something
along the lines of, hey, don't worry.
I promise I won't let you seduce me.
I promise that there'll be no flirting at all.
Or, you know, just something like that just to, just to kind of make light of the situation
to just to let them know that you don't have any kind of hidden agenda with this.
You're just interested in maintaining the connection, interested in building a solid
emotional connection and dynamic between the two of you.
And that'll really help you out when it comes to really helping here, ex to feel comfortable
saying yes to meeting up with you anyway.

My name's Ali Khousrof, national team judo fighter.
I'm 26 years old.
I first came to know of judo
when I was about six years old.
I loved the sport from the day I started playing it.
I was chosen to compete with the national junior team.
Winning the first place in the West Asia Junior Championship
encouraged me.
I felt then that I wanted to do judo professionally
and achieve more titles.
(WHEN ALI WAS 17 HE FIRST COMPETED AT THE OLYMPIC GAMES BEIJING 2008)
(THEN YEMEN DESCENDED INTO CHAOS AND TRAGEDY STRUCK)
During the mass protests I took a shot in my pelvis,
causing me six months of no training.
It was an awful feeling.
After my injury, the first thing that hit my mind
was my future as an athlete.
(AGAINST ALL ODDS, ALI COMPETED AT LONDON 2012)
(AS ALI WAS BUILDING MOMENTUM FOR RIO 2016 FULL SCALE WAR ERUPTED)

The judo fighter should have
a determined and patient character.
They should keep training under any conditions

I do it to inspire people, especially juniors and youth.
I want to deliver a message to them,

Today we're making a judo exhibition.
One of the hardest things to master in judo
is that it demands physical wellbeing,
fitness, speed, and concentration.
It demands tough exercises.
You must be strong like a weight lifter
and flexible like a gymnast.
You must have quick reactions,
fitness and quick reactions.
Along with a fighting spirit, this makes you a judo master.

For the past three years Manon Debonduwe has been working as an animal osteopath and communicator.
The combination of the two disciplines allows for a more holistic approach, appreciating the animal's body and spirit.
Working to serve animal well-being with her hands for sole tools had always been a given to Manon.
But her world was truly shaken up during her studies after meeting an equine osteopath and discovering animal communication.
It re-enforced her deep belief in the existence of a subtle communication between Humans and other animals…
The reality of an inter-connection between all beings is the single most important aspect of her profession. Her work is based on the exchange of energy between hers and the animal's body and their environment.
To Manon, having found her path and working to serve a purpose she truly values is the greatest of all feelings.
Nevertheless Manon is tirelessly seeking to learn more and better herself, this is why she has close to her heart the project of opening a rehabilitation center
for animals with heavy pathologies, needing long-term care before they can re-join their home.

Let's Pack Together, For My First Europe Trip! + Tips! - Duration: 18:36.
Hi guys, it's Kyoung-Ah from Ryu's Penna (Fashion Youtuber traveling life)
I'm going to a trip to Europe! (it's the first time of my life)
So, for the first among my trip contents
I'm going to pack together!
Actually, it's the first Europe trip to me
So, I searched for items that I needed, and there were so much
If you're planning for a trip to Europe (or if you want to)
I made a clip for those who would need help with packing
Now then,
Shall we start packing?
First, I brought a carrier
And Ta da~
This bag to go
Isn't it really big?
This bag can hold many things
There's a shoulder strap
And a lock here
If you see this
the bag has a lock and key
Europe has many theft accidents
So, choosing a bag with this kind of lock is a good idea
I was planning to take a backpack
But, since that's hung behind, it'll be easier to pick pocket
And the pockets are mostly on the outside, so it's easier to rob
Nowadays, backpacks have so many pockets
So, I can't lock all of them
It's clean like this!
There's no pocket on the outside, but one!
so, you can just lock that. That's why I chose this bag
Now, I'll pack the clothes

I parted all the clothes and wrote what I'll wear every day
Since it's summer, they weren't large
So, I didn't need vacuum packing
I'm going on a trip for 9 days
So, there are 9 sets of clothes
And they didn't need much space in the carrier

Since I'm almost naked when I'm alone at my house… (OMG? LOL)
So, I'm going to open this at Europe!

They came out for bathroom slippers
The price was 2000 won!
The reason I need this is
To wear and take off shoes comfortably, inside the airplane
There are some airlines that have slippers
But, I took them in case
And also, if Europe's lodgments might have to have shoes on indoors
So, I prepared normal white slippers for that occasion

The bags are a white one and a black one
I wanted the white one to be a mini bag like this
But, it didn't go in the carrier LOL
So, I chose the net bag to smash it in
I'll carry this bag when I go
So, if my outfit looks good with a black bag on, I'll carry this
And if the outfit looks good with white or ivory, I'll carry this net bag
Tada~ next are shoes
I'll take two sandals
So, I matched the 9 outfits to all look good with sandals
So guys, after coming back from Europe
I think I'll upload a vacation outfit fashion clip
So, look forward to these two sandals!
I'll wear the black ones when I go, and I'll take the brown ones in the carrier
Because, the black one has some heel
The 4centimeter heel is hard to pack
It takes too much space
So, I'll put this in, and wear this

Sleep shades that I bought at my Japan trip
If you open this and put them on your eyes, you can feel a bit heat and lavender scent
This helps you to have deep sleep
It's also nice when your eyes are dry
Europe trip will be definitely tired
And there's much time in the plane
So, I took them to use in the airplane
I'm going to put these in the bag for the plane
Next are nipple patches!
Since I have much of sleeveless clothes, I prepared them
Actually, other contires don't care much about going out with no bras or showing their BP (nipples)
But, since I have to take clips, I brought these
Next is an umbrella!
I heard that Europe's weather is wild
There aren't any rain forecasts when I go
But, I took them in case (always planning before it happens is a good idea)
And when you take an umbrella
Taking one that you can throw away after using once is good
Because, if you buy souvenirs and your carrier is full, you can't take them home
So, ones that you can throw away like this
This has a tag on, but it creaks a bit
So, I took this to throw away, whether or not I use it
I packed my clothes in these kinds of zipper bags
I packed my other stuff in such bags
so, I'll take an extra of them
I can pack worn underwear
Or it can be used other ways
And as I said I put underwear in this zipper bag
And several packs!
I don't do packs often when I'm home
But, I want to when I'm on a trip LOL
And I heard that Europe's sun light is really strong
So, sunblock is a must
I'll pack that later
And I took some packs to relieve my skin after taking the strong rays
I'll buy more, if I need them
And nose packs!
I took them in case
Suddenly my nose might be full of black heads
So, I packed two of them
And in this zipper bag are
Foam cleansing
Shampoo
Toothpaste
Renew
Feminine cleanser
Nail clippers
Nostril scissors
All of these
Nail clippers and nostril scissors are needed because
Europe trips are usually long
I go there for about 2 weeks, including the time in the air
Since I'm on a trip for 2 weeks, my nails will grow
And nose hair might pop out
Plucking nose hair isn't good for your body
So, to maintain them, I needed these
There are brow cutters also
And some hair essence
I don't use hair essence usually
But, Europe's tap water is lime water
If you drink that, you can get constipation
And washing with that can make your hair stiff
So, people recommended to take hair essence with me
So, I packed one

This is something like a black puff
It fills the hair line
I usually have my hair down, but I heard Europe is really hot
Even more than Korea
So, I'm going to raise my front hair at the trip
I care about my hairline, then

It's too sticky
I'll not paste this on my arms, but just my feet or legs
Just for easy use!
So, I'll throw this away after use, too
And this shadow is the new version of the palette that I'm using
I'm going to take a new one if this
I almost used all of I had
So, I'll have these in advance
The makeup item's pouch is for until the last day

I'll use them until right before I go out, so I didn't pack them yet
I'll pack them later in that bag
But, I'll pack this palette in the carrier now
This is deodorant
My boyfriend recommended this to me
I don't know how much it'll work
But, for the hot summer of Europe, I'll take this
For the last, these are eyelashes
Actually, before I go, I get eyelash extension
I didn't do it yet, I'll get them tomorrow or the day after
So, I don't need extra eyelashes
But, I took them in case
For example, if I'm almost at the end of my trip, and my eyelashes have all fallen out
And I don't even have a mascara
I need these in case of that
So, I'll take these and eyelash glue
And these are emergency medicine
These are for stomach aches
Stomach protection and
Disinfectant, patches, and bug bite medicine
Tylenol, and balm for skin trouble, and bands
These are also in a zipper bag, to be recognized easily
And for those who's period is on the trip, you need sanitary pads
I don't have the period on the trip
But, since sometimes it's irregular, I took them in advance
Next is a steam iron!
The reason for this mini steam iron is
Since the clothes are summer clothes, they get wrinkled easily
And because I just squish them in the bag
Clothes with wrinkles aren't pretty
I have to take pictures and clips
But, I'll be angry if I take them with wrinkled clothes
So, I packed this small iron
This is a robe that's separate with the looks
The purpose of this is
I'm planning to visit Duomo Cathedral and the Vatican City
But some places among them
Don't allow sleeveless t's and shorts
So, when I go there, I'll wear this and fasten the belt
It's also useful for the cold from air conditioners
This is a selfie stick, and mini tripod
Actually, I wanted to take a bigger tripod
I heard that you have to consider that your throwing your camera away, as soon as you have it on your tripod
So, I quitted that idea
I'll use this small tripod for making Vlogs at places like restaurants
You must not use these for taking photos
They just take it and run away LOL

If you spread it all, and take pictures, they cut the stick and steal it
I was really shocked after seeing that clip
So, you shouldn't spread it when there are many gypsies around
Just for places without many people
Or places famous for being safe
I don't know if there's such place in Europe

Other things I need are extra camera batteries and memory, with a camera
Chargers are possible, but portable chargers and batteries are needed to be taken aboard
You can't send them in luggage, so I'll put them in this bag
Portable chargers are a must
Because if you just charge it in a plug, it can be stolen anytime
It's amazing
So be aware or take a portable charger
Definitely your passport and the country's currency, you've exchanged is needed
And this!
This is to be hanged on the carrier and bags
This is because I'm afraid of gypsies and thieves
I'll hang this on my bag, and also on my phone

If you have a copy and your passport photo, you can easily and quickly get a new one
So, it's a good idea for taking it

I'll take the phone and camera chargers in my bag ( I'll use them until before I fly away)

Since I have to edit clips there…I'll take this laptop (Youtuber's life..)
Even if I can't edit clips, it's nice to empty my camera's memory right away

I go for a 2 week trip, but I heard that two is enough if I wash them

I'll borrow European plugs from the airport!

And since I need to charge my camera, and phones, and laptop
I really need lots of plugs
So, I'll really need multi taps
Since I only have big wet wipes, I asked for a more portable one
It can be used for just cleaning my body, when it's too hot
Or for hands after eating food from the streets
Or if you're at the toilet and there's no paper!
Actually, bidet tissues are good for that situation, but if you're in a hurry you can use these
Well guys, I've simply? Finished my packing for Europe
I always feel like I forgot something before a trip LOL
So, I'll need to double check while I'm editing

Freddie Davies, 38, has been volunteering in Africa for a number of years having first gone out there with a UK charity, but he decided to go it alone after becoming disillusioned with with what he was doing
The fitness instructor decided to start his own charitable organisation called Connect to Africa, whose volunteers focus on helping African citizens become independent and and autonomous when it comes deciding their own futures
After finding a common love of sport with many of the youngsters he came into contact with during his volunteering work, Newbridge -boy Freddie began holding rugby training sessions which grew from strength to strength
Now he is seeing a lot of the boys and girls he coached go on to represent their countries at international level with a hotbed of talent growing in east Africa
Freddie, who now lives in Treherbert , said: "I am an avid traveller and my passion is travelling
I applied for a UK-based charity and my thought was to go out there and do my bit of good and come back but I realised I could do a lot more out there on my own "When I got to Malawi I made a conscious decision to help a few of my friends I had met out there
There was no masterplan. "I'm a boy from the Valleys and I wanted to show people that they're my friends and break down all of those boundaries
I remember playing down a park during the 1999 Rugby World Cup with a flat ball and it was the best thing ever, we're doing the same thing over there
" Freddie, who has played for Penalta, Abercarn, Crumlin, Crosskeys College, and teams as far away as Vancouver and Sydney, has connections with the international setups in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Ethiopia and Kenya
The University of South Wales alumnus and Cardiff Metropolitan University student said: "I am director of Ethiopia rugby
We have launched an office which will become the Ethiopian Rugby Federation. "In Kenya we have a lot of work in women's participation in the sport and in Tanzania we're about to create the only black rugby team
We need to be worried about them in 10 years time if they come to Wales. "This year we're holding the Invitational East Africa Rugby Sevens Tournament in Rwanda, we require support in terms of rugby kits
"In Uganda, I do a lot with the women's national team, I coach them, they're in the top 10 in Africa and there number one in terms of sevens
"To see Uganda win the sevens in Africa, that was the pinnacle in seeing five boys I coached playing
" "We have also helped to set up a junior east Africa league for under 15s and under 18s
" Describing the popularity of rugby out in east Africa, Freddie said the sport was on the rise with many international teams on the up
He said: "Uganda is a massive rugby country, and Rwanda have become an IRB nation
"Most of the countries in Africa have a huge player base but the difficulty they have got is the pathway to progress to the next stage
"Next year our goal is to raise the amount of clubs in Tanzania so they can become an IRB member
"Ethiopia is also massive because they have got a population of 80 million people
"The sevens game is more popular in Africa for many reasons. It's difficult to find props in Uganda but in some countries like the Congo that won't be an issue
"Ethiopia would be the only country I would worry about in the way they run and play the game
"When we're working with kids, we tend to coach sevens because we can adapt it a little bit better and everyone can take part
" Despite rugby being a big part of what they do, volunteers with Connect to Africa also try to teach life skills to young people they come into contact with that will help them in everyday life
He said: "We're trying to create a space and opportunity for young people to learn and develop in an way they wouldn't have had otherwise
"My pleasure comes from seeing someone's confidence grow in an unusual environment
We have got one project called Rugby Tackling Life. "Rather than just teaching rugby, we teach them the safety aspect and these girls learn about life skills as well such as contraception, so it's not just about rugby
It's also a good way into other things like like self respect, discipline, team work and communication
The rugby is the tool to teach them with these things. "For me personally, the volunteers get a massive amount out of it
As a rule, the volunteers have a rewarding experience and 95% of them have chosen to come back which speaks volumes
" Freddie is always looking for new volunteers to help out on his trips to Africa, with the only requirement being to fit all of their belongings in their hand luggage as all suitcase space is used for donations
He is also always on the lookout for second-hand rugby kits, which he has been a great help to many young players when they're starting out
