Potato gnocchi with sage and burnt butter sauce.

First up, steam the potatoes for 20 minutes

or until tender.

Transfer to a bowl, then mash until smooth.

And cool slightly.

Add the egg and stir.

Add flour and parmesan in two batches...

..mixing to form a dough.

Knead the gnocchi dough on a lightly floured surface

until just smooth.

Have a lined baking tray ready to go.

Cut the dough into quarters.

Roll them into logs about 1.5 centimetres wide.

Then cut into 2-centimetre pieces.

Try to keep them the same size

so that they cook evenly.

Roll each piece of dough into a ball.

Dip a fork in flour

and roll the back of the fork

across each ball as you go,

then place on a tray.

Cook the gnocchi in batches

in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

The gnocchi will rise to the surface of the water when they are cooked.

Scoop them up with a slotted spoon

and place in a bowl.

To make the sage burnt butter sauce,

cook the pancetta in a large frying pan

over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes each side

or until crisp.

Transfer to a plate to cool slightly.

Cook the butter in a pan for 2 minutes

or until the butter melts and begins to foam.

It should smell nutty and delicious.

Cook the sage leaves for a minute or until crisp.

Use a slotted spoon to transfer the sage to a bowl,

leaving the butter in the pan.

Add the garlic to the butter.

Stir for 1 minute.

Tear the pancetta into pieces and add to the pan.

Add the remaining sage.

Stir in the gnocchi, spinach and walnuts.

Spoon into serving bowls...

..and top with the rest of the crispy sage leaves.

Dig in to delicious homemade gnocchi,

made with in-season potatoes.

money is this?"

And they say "God's!"

And I say "God's?

God didn't go to work for

me, I went to work!"

And of course, they say

"Daddy, God gave you a

job.

And he gave you a brain

that works.

And he gave you a mouth

that talks, Daddy." So, I

say "Okay, okay, what

should I do with God's

money?"

And they always have the

same answer, the answer

I've taught them to say

again and again.

"Daddy, with God's money

we give, and then we save,

and then we live." I say,

"Give first?

Couldn't we buy more stuff

and have more fun?"

They say "But Daddy,

people need to hear about

Jesus!"

And I push back and say

"Well, what if we give so

much in the beginning that

we run out of money to

live off of, what if we

don't make it?"

And they roll their eyes

and say "But Daddy, God

loves us and God is good!"

And once the inquisition

is over, I send them off

to their rooms with their

quarters and they drop

them in the give jar, the

save jar, and the live

jar.

Do you know why I do that?

For a whole bunch of

reasons.

I mean, I want to save my

girls from all the stress

and worry and anxiety of

not having enough.

I want them to know how to

give and how to save and

how to spend, how to be

wise with the stuff that

God gives them.

But even more, way way

more, I want them to know

that the God that we

worship is not a taker,

he's a giver.

And if you're struggling

with financial stress, I

want you to know that too.

There are not just one or

two, not ten or twenty,

not a hundred or two

hundred, but thousands of

bible passages that use

the word "give." And most

of them aren't about what

you give.

Most of them are about

what God has given.

Maybe you're familiar with

this one, John 3:16: "For

God so loved the world

that he gave his one and

only son." So as you think

about money - how you're

gonna spend it or save it

or live with it - I want

you to pause and before

you think about dollars

and cents, think about God

and his grace.

That will free you from

the slavery, free you from

the burden, let you

breathe, and be wise with

God's money.

We haven't said a word yet.

We took a plane from Denpasar 4 days ago,

landing in Brunei to access the island of Borneo.

It was our initial plan.

Like any well-constructed plan, nothing happens as expected.

- We love airports. - Yeah, they're a right laugh.

It's been 5 days since we landed in Brunei.

And it's been 5 days we've been stuck in Brunei.

For one good reason,

I've managed to catch the same infection I got in Cambodia.

I had an open wound on my foot and had the wonderful idea to walk barefoot around the airport.

My entire leg got infected.

Now, morale is starting to decline.

Thankfully, Sarah is wonderful.

She's really supportive during these difficult times.

It's not difficult because it hurts,

It's psychological warfare.

Stuck in this bunker, prison-like hotel room.

No windows.

You can probably guess, these aren't the happiest of times. But it's part of the adventure.

I know It'll get better soon.

Today, we're bidding farewell to the hellhole.

Leaving the hotel in Brunei, my mind wasn't really on filming.

It turns out there were really nice treks to see waterfalls.

We decided to spend the afternoon in the jungle.

Fun fact of the trek, we discovered leeches.

They are really horrible...

Robin found one on himself and we thought that was the end of it.

But half an hour later, I came out screaming out of the shower, because I'd found one too !

The second National Park was Niah Caves.

It was one huge cave with bats.

And tons of small nocturnal animals.

We were alone in the caves with a headlamp.

We could hear noises from the aforementioned animals.

It was nice to stop and discover our surroundings.

As we'd been cycling though palm oil trees.

We realised we'd been following a road under construction for a thousand kilometres.

That goes from Kota Kinabalu, just North of Brunei all the way down to Kuching, the capital city of Sarawak.

The plan is to create the Pan-Borneo, a huge motorway.

A fast track option for the palm oil industry basically.

To be honest, most of the vehicles on the road are rows of large trucks.

Cycling on one road for so long gets a little monotonous.

Especially when it's straight for kilometres on end and lined with palm trees.

The logistical aspect of touring takes up a lot of time.

Folding the tent, putting away your belongings.

Every morning, it takes an hour and half.

I'll admit I'm slow but the start of the day is always stressful.

We're both quite forgetful, me probably more than you.

It's a time where you have to be very focused. It almost becomes automatic.

You could ask me where something is, I'd know exactly where my things are located.

Every evening, we try to find a roof to put the tent under.

We don't want to put the waterproof cover. It's already so hot.

We are already roasting under the mosquito net. Putting the cover on is out of the question.

We found some funky spots : a construction site, some market counters on the roadside...

It was so nice. We had a pretty view.

And even a tap, ultimate luxury !

When cycling in Borneo, it becomes difficult, even impossible to stay clean.

We literally sweat buckets... That's a horrible expression.

It's horrible but it's absolutely true.

You just have to make do with it.

It's very difficult in the morning to put on clothes, still dripping in sweat from the previous day.

I think we've seen each other in every possible light.

Dear partners,

I am very glad to meet with you personally and thank you for the intensive joint work during the preparation and holding of the FIFA World Cup.

I want to thank the Russian employees of special services and law enforcement agencies,

and, of course, representatives of law enforcement agencies and special services from more than 30 countries around the world.

In total, I know 126 representatives from 55 special services and law enforcement agencies from 34 states took part in this joint work.

In Moscow, you had a special, extremely responsible mission - to assist in ensuring the safety of the World Cup in football, to protect the life and health of people,

including your citizens, who came to the World Cup as part of official delegations and as fans.

You, of course, are professionals, all of you gathered here, and, of course, you understand well what great risks are always associated with holding major international events.

It is very important that for all this time we have not had a single serious incident.

I would like to once again thank you and all the staff of the Center, your colleagues from the FSB and other relevant departments of Russia for a clear, well-coordinated work.

The fact that these unforgettable days in Moscow and other cities of Russia were held in a positive festive atmosphere is, of course, your common, huge merit, the contribution of each of you.

Behind this success is a large preparatory, operational, analytical, information work, a complete tension of forces and maximum concentration.

In preparation for the World Cup, more than 2 million people have been checked in the construction and preparation of facilities, organization of the tournament, volunteers, and other categories of people.

More than 400 inspections of 194 infrastructure facilities were carried out for the radiation, chemical, biological, and explosive situation.

The implementation of a system for identifying football fans with the production of personalized maps of spectators, as well as an integrated access control system for stadiums, is a huge organizational work.

And this allowed to check the entry of fans to Russia in a visa-free order, free travel by land transport between the cities-organizers, access to stadiums, monitoring of persons posing a threat to security.

In the period of the World Cup almost 25 million cyber attacks and other criminal influences on the information infrastructure of Russia, one way or another connected with the World Cup, were neutralized.

People who came to our country really felt safe, could move peacefully and comfortably between cities and throughout the country as a whole, watch the matches of their favorite teams in stadiums and fan zones.

At the same time, law-abiding citizens, our guests did not encounter any unnecessary barriers, or with unnecessary restrictions.

All procedures related to security were reliable, but did not create unnecessary, unnecessary inconveniences.

This is really an indicator of your high-class, modern, including teamwork.

I would like to note that this work, was not striking, was unobtrusive, inconspicuous for most people, which means that you clearly did your job, understood each other well, acted professionally as one team.

Such mutual trust, experience of cooperation, partnership of law enforcement agencies and special services are extremely important today.

After all, we have common tasks.

This is a fight against international terrorism and extremism, countering drug trafficking and illegal migration, transnational and cybercrime.

And it is obvious that only by combining efforts, we can effectively cope with the challenges facing which we face.

As effective as it was these days in the course of your teamwork.

This is certainly a very good example for the future.

I expect that your close, constructive interaction will continue, and will continue to contribute to ensuring the security of our states and our citizens.

And of course, it is very important to maintain that spirit of trust that will help you develop partnership for the sake of common high and noble goals.
