6ix9ine Reportedly Refuses to Talk to Police in Robbery Case - Duration: 1:09.Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.
Last month 6ix9ine was kidnapped, robbed of expensive jewelry, and hospitalized.
Since the incident the rapper has healed up and has seemingly replaced the jewelry identical
to what was stolen.
Now a new report states that Tekashi is no longer cooperating with the cops.
TMZ says that the rapper is refusing to help law enforcement catch the suspects who stole
nearly $1 million worth of jewelry and his driver's iPhone.
A source also claims that Tekashi's driver won't fill out the lost property form or tell
the police if the phone has a tracking software installed on it.
At the start of the weekend 6ix9ine was rocking his the same jewelry that was believed to
be stolen.
Sources close to TMZ say that the jewelry are copies of the original pieces.
Even though the FeFe rapper is reportedly no longer cooperating with the cops they are
still on the case because robbers were seen pistol whipping him on surveillance tape.
In the meantime of their investigation, 6ix9ine is slated to be one of three guests to join
Nicki Minaj and Future on their NickiHndrxx World Tour starting in September.

Arizona Found Simple Method That Is Sending Refugees Fleeing From Their State - Duration: 5:42.Arizona Found Simple Method That Is Sending Refugees Fleeing From Their State
Various news outlets are running a story about how bad things are for Somalian refugees in
Phoenix Arizona.
The refugees are complaining that after waiting for six years in a refugee camp, they arrive
in the United States only to find chaos surrounding the Trump administration's attempt to block
Somali immigrants like them from entering the country.
One particular family even explained that they stopped in Houston only to be transferred
to Phoenix.
Now they are stranded in the urban sprawl without a car.
They go on to claim that they have no way to get groceries or go to a doctor.
But what they complain about the most is that they don't know how they will pay the rent
after their initial U.S. taxpayer handout comes to an end.
Here is more on this via The Phoenix New Times:
"Contrary to popular belief, refugees who are resettled in Arizona receive relatively
little financial assistance from the state.
In fact, their main source of cash assistance is the federal government.
Like all refugees arriving in the country, every individual who's resettled in Arizona
receives a one-time payment of $925 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
That typically covers their rent in Phoenix for three months, Sheikh says.
Larger families receive more money, since the payments are per-person, and sometimes
are able to stretch it out to last for six months.
"If that money runs out and they don't have a job, then there starts to be pressure
for them to find a way to survive," Sheikh says.
"There's not a lot of programs to help them with employment here."
Meanwhile, assistance from the state is restricted to what Sheikh describes as "limited medical
services" and food stamps.
"The one thing that Arizona does very well is making sure that at least these families
will not go hungry," he says.
"But sometimes these families don't get enough help — they come in saying, "Oh,
my food stamps have stopped,' so we have to call DES and ask them why."
Refugees have to complete a monthly report proving that they are taking English classes
and looking for jobs in order to keep receiving food stamps.
But language and literacy barriers often get in the way.
Sometimes, Sheikh says, refugees will receive a letter from DES letting them know that they
need to take specific steps in order to keep on receiving their food stamps.
But because they aren't able to read the letter, they aren't able to act on it.
Caseworkers for the nonprofit agencies that work to resettle new refugees are often overwhelmed,
he adds.
"They're limited in the amount of aid that they can provide."
But the biggest challenge is finding a job, he says.
When he first arrived in Phoenix, he was able to find a job at Sky Harbor International
Airport and work his way through ASU.
Other Somalis have followed a similar path and found jobs at the airport.
But many others have found that even jobs cleaning hotel rooms or washing dishes in
a restaurant come with a requirement that applicants speak English — or, unofficially,
Spanish.
That means that the refugees who were already relatively well-off back in Somalia and had
the opportunity to study English there end up having an easier time getting hired in
the United States.
"The people that struggle the most are people who have no educational background," Sheikh
says.
"They're the people most in need, and they face the biggest hardships when coming
here and trying to find opportunities here."
Recently, he's gotten calls from recruiters working on behalf of Amazon warehouses in
Minnesota and Kentucky, looking to hire managers who speak Somali in addition to English.
That tells him that they're hiring a lot of Somali refugees who don't speak English
yet, he says.
He'd like to see the same thing happen in Arizona, where, to his knowledge, only a handful
of refugees have been able to get jobs at Amazon distribution centers.
But, he acknowledges, "There's only so much that one company can do.
There has to be support from the state."
For one thing, he believes that refugees need more time to adjust before the government
cuts them off entirely.
Three to six months — the amount of time that refugees typically have before their
cash assistance runs out — is not long enough for them to adapt to a new country and learn
to speak English.
And it doesn't help that many have escaped civil war and famine to get here, and are
deeply traumatized or simply tired.
After those three to six months are up, Sheikh says, refugee families end up getting evicted
because they're not able to make rent.
The Somali Association of Arizona tries its best to help them out, with support from the
local Muslim community.
"So far we haven't had any refugees become homeless, that I know of," he says.
"Most of the time, they say they have family in Minnesota, they can find jobs in Minnesota,
so we fundraise to help them get a ticket to go there."
The real issue here is that they want taxpayer money, but wisely Arizona gives them very
little over what the feds give them in terms of assistance.
These people claim to be refugees but they come into our country, bring their culture
which they were forced to run away from and now complain that Americans don't give them
enough money?
Don't like it?
GO HOME!
Arizona is being very smart here.
Look at what Somali refugees have turned Minnesota & other places into.
Americans are now afraid to walk the streets in some areas that have been invaded by Somalians
because they can be mugged or beaten at any time of the day.
Of course, politicians who let these people into our nation have no problem since they
never have to live there or even need to see these people again.
It's time the U.S. says enough.
This shouldn't even be a partisan issue anymore.
And if bleeding heart liberals want to take refugees into their own homes, they should
be allowed to.
It's their home, but don't force the rest of us, sane people, to have to deal with cultures
that obviously aren't compatible with American customs.

Punta Cana Adventures + Panorama NYC - Duration: 18:45.hey everybody um so as you guys probably noticed I took like a two-week break on
YouTube and I did that purposefully see I was I was overwhelmed I was stressed
out I had a lot of things going on with the book and I just was like I need a
break so I planned this trip to the Dominican Republic I planned it like way
last minute just like booked flights hotel I'm like I need to de-stress
unfortunately the trip did not turn out that way in the beginning it was super
fun and I thought yes it's exactly what I need but then things went downhill
first my computer screen was broken and then then I got food poisoning for five
days straight I was incredibly ill to the point where I was very concerned
that I needed to actually potentially go to the hospital because when you have
been throwing up and the other thing for five days you can't keep anything down
and the thought of even just drinking water is like disgusting to you and it
gets scary you start to shake you get cold and just as I was about to go to
the hospital the night before I started to feel really hot like I sweat like
crazy and I sweat my fever out and I finally started to get better
um so not only did I take a break to kind of like destress but then when I came
back from my break I was like knocked out for five days and then on top of
that I was just like I need to catch up on everything I missed because I was
sick and so I just said it's okay to step away sometimes and like
handle my life like an adult so I did that now what that meant is I have a lot
of like random clips of stuff that I just haven't shared because I had
intended to I had intended to share them in like a recap video when I got back
from Punta Cana but then I never did cuz then I got sick and then all these other
things happened and then I was like whoa I have all these video clips so I decided
to just mash those video clips together today and just get them out into the
world they're fun they're enjoyable and for the most part they show the fun I
had on the trip which is the part I want to remember
right I want to remember the parts that were good one thing I will say about
the trip is I met three women who I still text now our shared love of The
Real Housewives tequila and you know being just cool women
it just is a friendship that I like didn't expect to find and when I found
it just was like really grateful for so while everything didn't go as planned and
I definitely felt real beat up after the trip and after everything that happened I'm
grateful that I met them so regardless it was a good trip for just that reason
if nothing else so now you're gonna watch a whole bunch of clips from Punta
Cana and and then after Punta Cana I put some other clips from things that
just happened in New York so I went to the Panorama Music Festival and I have
just some fun clips from that so I literally am just providing you with a
bunch of clips um constant theme in these clips is alcohol
and you know what is the summer it is hot and I like cold beverages I like
cold beverages I did not write that song that is a real song you should look
it up but yeah I am not afraid to have a couple drinks in the summer because it
is the summer and it is time for shenanigans so I hope you guys enjoy
this video and next week I'm gonna have some really cool updates for you guys
I just am still getting all of my life together so give me one more week

announcements coming next week additionally for those of you have asked
my book is on pre-order now link is down in the description box and I did record
the audio this week and we'll talk more about that next week
so without further ado here are the videos for you so I was really stressed
out last week and I just spontaneously booked a trip to Punta Cana and here's
the crazy thing I didn't tell anybody about it other
than like a few choice people in case I like you know died and mysteriously went
missing but I hid it from the internet so everything you're seeing now about
this fabulous trip was recorded a week ago because I wanted to have a trip
without any expectations and all that I expect to do is to have a ton of fun and
a ton of drinks at a pool bar and if that's accomplished I'm one happy babe

something I will not ask him for nor will I divulge on this camera because I'm
classy anyway I have really one goal today which is pool and alcohol that's
basically those two things together me in a swimsuit me with alcohol in my
hand and a smile on my face relaxing and enjoying the fact that I am not home
I am in paradise so before I do that I'm just gonna take you guys on a quick tour of
my room because it's actually clean and given that I am living my best life here
in Punta Cana it will be a mess in five to ten minutes so I figure let's get
this done but before we do that I just want to talk about how the room keys

Cocky LeBron Makes Sick Claim About Everyone Who Voted For Trump, Realizes Big Mistake Too Late - Duration: 5:32.Cocky LeBron Makes Sick Claim About Everyone Who Voted For Trump, Realizes Big Mistake
Too Late
Hollywood entertainers and athletes are woefully out of touch with reality in their multi-million
dollar homes, cars, and events.
Yet they are completely comfortable commenting on political issues that they have no understanding
of.
Worst of all, they stereotype people and talk down to them in the media simply because they
disagree with the politicians they elected, especially if they are not progressive Democrats.
This is exactly why Republicans like President Trump continue to win so much and so well.
Recently, LeBron James made comments regarding President Trump, and in all likelihood, he's
eating crow right about now.
Lebron was interviewed by CNN's Don Lemon this week, and he had a few choice words for
Trump.
CNN reports:
"In the interview, James made a reference to football player Colin Kaepernick, whose
kneeling protests launched an NFL movement, and fellow NBA star Stephen Curry, who last
year said he would not visit the White House after the Golden State Warriors won the championship,
prompting the President to disinvite him.
"He's trying to divide our sport, but at the end of the day, sport is the reason
why we all come together," James said.
When Lemon asked, "What would you say to the President if he was sitting right here?"
James said "I would never sit across from him."
He added: "I'd sit across from Barack, though.""
Now let's go back to 2017 when Lebron actually insulted those who voted for Trump.
The True Pundit reported,
"NBA all-star LeBron James seems unaware of the fact that insulting a large percentage
of your fans as ignorant morons because of their political affiliations leads to ruin,
a hard lesson that the NFL is very quickly realizing.
Showing solidarity with the social justice cause celebre of athletes kneeling during
the national anthem, James hit President Trump on Twitter over the weekend for lambasting
the protests and calling for boycotts against the NFL.
However, his rhetoric against the President went a particularly ill-advised direction
when he trashed his supporters during a press conference on Monday.
According to James, his home state of Ohio "made a mistake" voting for Trump because
they were "uneducated."
"No matter whether you voted for him or not, you may have made a mistake and that's
OK, if you voted for him.
It's OK.
I've done things for my daughter and realized I shouldn't have gave my daughter that many
damn Skittles.
Maybe I shouldn't have done that," he said.
Then he hit at his own fans in the state of Ohio for giving Trump the vote, echoing Hillary's
"basket of deplorables" comments.
"At the end of the day, I don't think a lot of people was educated," he said.
"And I think that's one of the biggest problems that we have.
When it becomes vote time, people are just not educated on either the individual or what's
going on in the state of the world right now.
… I don't think a lot of people are educated and they make choices and say things that
are uneducated."
LeBron made a big mistake and he realized it too late, he made a fool of himself in
saying that President Trump voters and supporters are not educated.
In the process, he said it in one of the most uneducated grammatically incorrect ways, "I
don't think a lot of people was educated."
It is the ultimate height of hypocrisy to point your fingers at someone else insinuating
they are low information while simultaneously not even speaking correctly.
Perhaps he should take a good long look in the mirror before he starts pointing fingers
at hard-working Americans who are entitled to their own opinions and beliefs.
In another article from 2017 The Daily Wire reported,
"No matter whether you voted for him or not, you may have made a mistake and that's
As Hillary learned, calling people stupid is not exactly the best recipe to win them
over to your side.
To LeBron, though, whether the states were "educated" or not matters little to him,
because in the end, they all made the mistake of not voting for Hillary.
"And am I saying that the people of Ohio wasn't educated?" he pondered.
"Am I saying that some of the other states that voted for him was uneducated?
They could have been or they could not have been.
But that doesn't mean it was the right choice."
Though LeBron supports the athletes taking a knee during the National Anthem, he will
not be doing the same, since he says people know where he stands.
"What I say, I think it should hit home for a lot of people that know where I stand,"
he said.
"I don't believe I should have to get on my knee for me to even further what I'm
talking about."
LeBron also does not believe that kneeling for the National Anthem represents any sort
of hostility against the United States or the troops, saying that it's not about "disrespect
of the flag and our military and everybody who has made this world free.
It is about equality and people having the option, the freedom, to speak about things
that they feel that's not just.""
Perhaps LeBron should leave the politics to the professionals and stick to basketball.
After all, we are all good at something, we cannot be great at everything, and basketball
is what he is good at, politics not so much.

connotation to it.

How would you define power?
First thing that comes to mind.

Thought, action, reaction, reality.
Can I take an idea, an inspiration, a calling,
a nudging, something that I wanna create,
and can I make it real?
And not just for five seconds, can I sustain it, right?
That's the name of the game.
So then the question becomes what determines
how much power you have?
What determines it?
What gives you power?
What do you guys think?

- [Audience Member] Yeah.
- You know what I'm talkin' about?
Right?
You're just like, you have this big thing in you
that how do I get it out of there?
How do I make it free?
Right?
Takes three things, only three.
Okay, first one is emotional awareness.
Now what does awareness mean?
What's awareness?
That's a word that spiritual folk throw around.
Awareness.
What is awareness?
Paying attention?
Here's what awareness means, you notice it.
It's noticed, 'cause guess what most of us do?
When we have something uncomfortable in our body,
could be like little tweak physically,
or an emotion that's not comfortable,
what do we do?
Tend to.
We tend to push it down, we tend to ignore it,
we go for the sugar, we go for all
that type of stuff, right?
Like yesterday, the TV was on for one second
during something and this show opens
and this woman is literally squirting whipped cream
into her mouth, eating a donut and ice cream,
and I was so jealous.
I was like, oh my god, this is amazing, right?
(laughs)
So good, right?
But we tend to do stuff like that, right?
We numb, we fight, we argue, we run, we eat,
we go and overwork, we do all these types of things.
But emotional awareness just says,
what am I noticing, or what am I paying attention to
in the sensations in my body?
It does not mean that you overanalyze or spiritualize them.
One of the things we do as human beings
is we over, how should I put this?
We are superstitious about our emotional states.
I'm feeling very anxious, Mercury must be in Retrograde.
(audience laughs)
I'm feeling upset, that's a very Taurus thing to do.
It means that this is not meant to be.
And we start to go to all these places.
Who here's ever done this by the way before, right?
What we tend to do is we tend to have sensations
in the body, and then our brain makes up stories
about what they mean, and then we go, yeah,
and then other people are doin' that shit,
and we co-agree.
Yeah, Mercury's in fuckin' retrograde,
do not sign a contract.
(audience laughs)
I'm serious Mastin, do not sign contracts
when Mercury's in retrograde, that's serious business!
Maybe, right?
Trust me, technology breaks whether Mercury is in,
or out of retrograde.
Okay, it breaks, all the time.
I've signed contracts when Mercury's not in retrograde
and they still didn't go well.
I've signed contracts when Mercury is in retrograde,
it was fine, right?
That might be a belief system, and if that's what your
belief system is, I honor that,
but what we have to look at guys is am I
overanalyzing emotional states?
What if it was just a sensation?
What if it was just information?
What would that mean?
If it's just info, what do you do with information?
You're like, what is, I mean look at it,
but we're not trained to do that,
we're trained to disassociate,
we'll get more into that in a second, okay?
After you have emotional awareness,
you have to have intelligence.
So awareness is, this is how I'm feeling right now,
intelligence is, this is how I design
the emotions I wanna feel.
Intelligence, there's a whole thing on
emotional intelligence, it's important stuff,
but it's not enough, but it's definitely important,
because can you architect feeling good?
Can you design it?
How do you do it?
Simple, open a bottle of wine, pour it in a glass,
drink that shit, you feel great!
(laughs)
Of course you can design emotional states, right?
But can you design it without substances?
Of course, it's just harder, and also better, right?
All day long.
So the real name of the game is emotional fitness,
and that's the part that most people don't wanna hear.
They want the magic bullet, six steps to perfectional
thingamajiggers success, where it just stays and lasts.
I don't have to touch it, set it and forget it,
and everything's fine, right?
But emotional fitness is the name of the game.
What does fitness imply guys?
It's something that you have to consistently rehearse.
What happens if you don't rehearse it consistently?
All day long, because here's the thing,
and here's what's true, our human bodies
are designed to be on automatic and manual.
Automatic and manual.
Do we have automatic responses?
What do you think, yes or no?
You know you do!
Here's how you know, that one person gives you
that specific look, you know what I'm
talkin' about, the look?
Who here as someone in their life
that if they give you a certain look,
you have an automatic response to that look?
Let me see by a show of hands.
Right?
Or a tone.
You know the tone, how you doin'?
Fine.
(audience laughs)
Does your body have an automatic response
to shit like that, yes or no?
- [Audience Member] Yes.
- It does, and so, is there a purpose
to have automatic responses?
Is there a purpose for that, what do you think?
Like why would we have automatic responses in our body?
Like why would the process of evolution get us there?
- [Audience Member] Survival.
- That's right, because there's that's happening
around us that you don't have time to think
about responding to, and things are happening
so fast, and guess what?
The majority of the threat assessment
that your body is making is from the neck down.
And here's what's happening, I'll get into this later,
we're gonna start getting into it right now,
the organs of your body are literally sending you
information through your vagus nerve,
up into your brain, and you call it anxiety.
Maybe, or maybe it's good info.
That's what intuition is, you feel something,
and then you're like, I feel something.
Oh fuck that, push that down, and do what
that person told me to do, right?
Or I can't do that because that will make
that person mad.
And we're constantly getting information
from our bodies and we're pushing it down consistently,
and here's the thing, our bodies have evolved
to have very, very, very finely tuned threat detection.
The prefrontal cortex of the brain is one of the
best threat detectors in existence,
because guess what we can tell the difference of?
Facial expressions.
Does different facial expressions mean different things?
What do you guys think, yes or no?
- [Audience] Yes.
- What does this mean?
Nothing, okay.
(audience laughs)
I'll go over here instead.
(audience laughs)
What does something like this mean?
Safe or threatening?
- [Audience] Safe.
- What about this?
- [Audience] Scared.
- Safe or threatening?
What about?
- [Audience] Threatening.
- Have I said anything?
- [Audience] No.
- It's just the face, right?
We can tell, reptiles do not have that ability.
They're not like, oh Fred's face over there,
the lizard, what's up with his face?
They just have automatic responses.
We have evolved, and here's the thing,
all of that analysis is happening in the prefrontal
cortex up here, looking, scanning for threat.
Our body is also taking in information,
sending it up to the brain, and the prefrontal cortex
is saying, that's threatening.
Now, based on what?
Based on what happened perhaps, based on the genes
that you inherited from your parents
and the lineage before you, based on the expectations
of your peer group, and based on the pain
that you went through.
And here's the problem, we overestimate threat,
because the success and opportunity
come dressed like a threat.
Here's how, this is how we want it to be,
alright, here's the perfect blueprint,
not gonna make any mistakes, here's the guaranteed cash,
here's everybody's approval, now you're good,
and you don't have to make any significant changes.
Alright, that's how change happens.
Is that how it happens?
You're like, please let it be that way Mastin, please.
Everything that we want is perceived as danger
if we don't interrupt the automatic response,
because our body's tryin' to keep us alive.
Is that a good thing?
Is you being alive a good thing?
- [Audience] Yes.
- Okay, good.
I hope you think that's a good thing.
(laughs)
Alright, so we have to realize that there's
automatic mode, which is survival based,
and then there's intentional mode,
there's manual mode where you're like, no, no, no,
I'm not gonna do that anymore.
I'm having a response, and I'm aware of the fact
that I'm gonna choose differently.
Because just because your body has an automatic response,
does that make it so?
Does that make it how it has to be guys,
what do you think?
Does it have to be that way?
What if it's not, I'm feeling something so you're an ...
Versus, I'm scared at the moment.
Did you realize that depending on how you view life,
it sends different signals to the nervous system?
If you view life through comparison,
it sends a nerve system signal, it says threat.
And all the body's responses interpret the information
coming into you as threatening.
If you go out into the world and have
the lens of curiosity, is curiosity threatening?
Oh what is that?
Hmm, why are you scared?
Is that threatening?
What about, don't be scared!
Is that threatening?
Of course, right?
We're consistently making threat assessments,
and you've got to learn how to be curious
instead of comparison.
It's a different literal nervous system response.
I'll get into that here in a second,
but this is what emotional fitness is,
emotional fitness says my body has automatic responses
that I will choose to listen to, acknowledge,
and then begin to heal.
Begin to heal, because it doesn't have to be this way,
and the problem is long term, I believe in medication
from time-to-time, but medication is not the solution,
it's really a supplementation.
For me, I have traumatic, there's the dyslexia,
traumatic brain injury, that's pretty funny,
traumatic brain injury. (laughs)
Talkin' about my brain, right, I have traumatic
brain injuries in my brain, and I also have ADD.
I take prescription medication for that,
but I don't believe that my prescription medication
will do the work for me.
The prescription medication's not gonna say,
you know what, take responsibility for your life.
Prescription medication's not gonna say,
you know what, work harder, add more value,
take a risk, be courteous, be gracious.
The prescription medication just gives me help
because my brain is damaged.
Who follows?
Does it make sense?
Does that make sense you guys?
So when we look at prescription medication,
it's not necessarily bad, but it's not the long term
solution to the problem, because we have to realize
that a lot of times what we're doing is simply
just taking a prescription medication to numb out
the body's automatic responses,
which is a bad idea, because it's sending you
a signal for a reason.
We have to learn to listen, we can't numb the noise,
we can't numb the signal.
So emotional fitness says, I am not just a set
of automatic responses, I am intentional,
and I can create my life, and I'm not gonna
make myself wrong for my responses,
there's a good reason to do that,
and we're gonna get into that right now.
We're gonna talk about mastery.
What is mastery guys?
That's right, it's something you can do in your sleep.
You ever see, for me I always love watching
the Olympic gymnasts, and they just do where they're
flying around and they're so agile,
and you're like, how?
It's like art and technique.
Athletes have this, you have something that's just
automatic and you're so good at it that it's no problem.
Who's seen people like this?
We've all seen people like this, right?
What is it like to witness that mastery?
It's amazing!
Time just flies by, right?
There's three phases of mastery,
phase one most of us are familiar with,
it's the excitement phase.
Oh my god, it's January first, yes!
This is going to be easy, goin' to the gym, I got this!
I'm in!
This is not scary!
Fear, you, I eat you for breakfast with my shake, right?
(laughs)
I don't need any help, I got this by myself,
and for real, I'm gonna do it, no for real!
For real.
How long does that shit last?
Who here feels like you just had a bunch
of fuckin' excitement phases and then just stops?
Anyone be honest and just admit that?
You're just, fuck I got so excited,
but then it got hard, so I shiny pennyed over here
and got excited, didn't work out, and then I went over here,
got excited, and just kinda goin' around,
gettin' half-assed excited, and they're like,
I've tried everything!
Everything but sticking with it.
(laughs)
Right?
So excitement's fun, January first is about
the time we all tend to get into it, right?
Then, the most important phase is resistance.
What the is this?
(laughs)
Right?
This is harder than I thought it was gonna be,
it's scary, I'm gonna withdraw and isolate.
I'm gonna go chase another shiny penny
instead of following through on this thing
that I made a decision with, and you know what,
it's just like everything else,
all the other times I've done it.
All the other times.
All the other times.
I said I wasn't gonna do it, and I did it again.
Who's ever hit a resistance phase before,
let me see by a show of hands, right?
And what people tend to do is they tend
to stop in resistance.
But resistance is the name of the game.
How well you work with resistance,
that will determine how far you go.
Think about this, resistance weight training,
you need resistance to grow stronger, do you not?
Of course, right?
Yoga, your body will resist you.
(laughs)
Right?
You don't wanna push it too far, but just enough,
the pose in yoga begins when it gets slightly uncomfortable.
The work in your life and your purpose begins
when the uncomfort sets in.
You have to learn to anticipate it
and set yourself up, and you can't lie to yourself
that you can do it by yourself.
You cannot do it alone, everybody needs help,
and here's the thing, in this room,
I already know you're probably really good
at supporting others.
Who here's really good at supporting others?
I love helping other people.
Who here is like I can't wait to ask for help?
A couple people.
They're like yeah, help me, I need the help.
Who here feels like asking for help
is offensive, scary, and or something
you don't wanna do?
If you're really honest, let me see by a show of hands.
So, but that's the deal.
We actually have to learn how to work together,
and learning how to ask for help is the name of the game.
I could not produce this event by myself.
There's no fuckin' way.
There's no way.
I'm just the guy yappin' on stage.
All this other stuff, I didn't do.
And it takes, the term is, it takes teamwork
to make the dream work, we've probably heard
a version of that.
You can't do it alone.
You can't do it alone.
You can't isolate and be successful,
it does not work, alright?
Now, what happens if you bust through
this resistance phase, you stick with it,
you have support, you have a tribe,
you have mentors, you're getting consistent feedback,
you're comin' back, you're getting in the hang of things,
that's when you earn mastery.
And your thoughts then, you forget,
see here's the thing, when you get to the end of something,
you forget how hard it was sometimes.
I've had clients that are like, yeah,
when I was havin' a child and I was giving birth,
I thought to myself, never gonna fuckin' do that again,
and then like six months later they're like,
maybe we should have another kid, you know.
Or you go do something really hard,
and then at the end of it, you're like,
that was no big deal.
But in the moment, did it feel like a big deal?
Come on guys, yes or no?
- [Audience] Yes.
- Of course it does.
But at the end, you're like, I can't believe
I doubted myself.
Challenge is how I grow.
These are the conversations you have with yourself, right?
I'm not isolating, I'm showing up more,
I'm asking for help, I can't do it alone,
and this is a lifestyle.
Habits can be created in 30, 60, 90 days,
it takes a year or more to create a lifestyle.
What's the difference between a habit and a lifestyle?
A habit is one thing you do in your life,
it could be getting up early at five a.m.,
that's a habit.
Changing your lifestyle, that quadrant
that you filled out at the beginning,
is when everything's at an eight or above,
which is a little bit different than a habit, right?
And yes, little steps are how you get there.
How do you eat a field of kale?
I say this because if I say steak or cows,
people get offended if they're vegans, right?
Kale is just as offensive by the way,
but it's fine.
(laughs)
How do you eat a field of kale?
One bite at a time.
So that's why if you want a habit change,
dedicate yourself to something for 30 days, 60 days.
If you want lifestyle change,
do this from now on.

Kourtney Kardashian Says She's 'Ashamed' of Her 'Disgusting' Family: 'It's Just Gross' - News Today - Duration: 9:06.This season of Keeping Up with Kardashians started off with a bang. On Sunday's brand new episode, tensions between Kourtney Kardashian and her sisters Kim and Khloé took center stage
"Khloé and I, the last six months, have not been as close," admitted Kourtney, 39
"I just feel like I'm constantly being criticized and picked on. In the past I used to just brush things off, but I just don't want to tolerate it anymore
" Khloé, at the time pregnant with daughter True, took issue with her sister's "attitude" problem
"It confuses me how Kourtney is confused that we're butting heads," she said. "Trust me — if I wasn't pregnant, I probably would have drowned you in the f—ing pool
" But Kourtney's tension with Khloé, 33, was nothing compared to what was about to go down with Kim, 37
The drama kicked off when Kim suggested they plan a family photo shoot and agreed to take on the massive challenge of coordinating everyone's schedules
"It's really important to me that our family does a Christmas card this year," she explained
"It's been a tradition for so long. It's one day out of lives for the year, and we have these memories forever
It's just something fun that we can all do together." But when scheduling issues arose, Kourtney refused to budge — prompting a knock-down, drag-out fight between her and Kim
"No one wants you in the f—ing shoot. Get the f— out of here and go," snapped Kim
"I need Kourtney to not be so f—ing annoying with a stick up her a— like she f—ing runs this s—, because she doesn't
She's the least exciting to look at." Kourtney stormed off, but the argument continued over the phone
"I'm not here to be mistreated by my f—ing bitch family," she said on speakerphone, sobbing
"Kim saying that I'm the least interesting to look at — who even speaks like that? You don't say things like that
You guys just have really different values than me. I choose to be a mother to my three kids
I'm not here looking for another job. I already work enough — more than I would like to
What's natural to me is being a mother. And I don't expect everyone to have the same interests
" "You would honestly think that we have more jobs, so [you should] work around our schedule," Kim fired back
"You do whatever the f— you want to do and you don't do s—, so be accommodating to the people that actually do s—
" "All everyone f—ing says is, 'What's your job?' " Kourtney said. "If I had enough money, I wouldn't work
I wouldn't do the show. I would be a full time mom. That's what I want to do. The guilt I carry every day from not being at home when they get in from school, not doing homework — my kids suffer
Honestly, it's like, we have a disgusting family. I'm ashamed to be a part of [it]
It's just gross." Later, Kim acknowledged that she'd been rude, but refused to back down
"That was rude, but I wanted to be rude. Because she's so f—ing rude all the time
Everything revolves around her," she fumed. "I'm not going to tolerate her f—ing rudeness
I'll be 10 billion times ruder back to her, every single time. Until she just cries when she sees me
Everyone walks on f—ing eggshells around her. She's f—ing rude. She's so goddamn entitled
She's such a mess. Gremlin. I'm not going to play around with her anymore." When Kourtney returned to talk things over a few hours later, she was still upset
"I'm not going to spend my time, whether it's my sister or not, with anybody that talks to me that way or thinks that way about me
Everybody has different priorities," she said. "At the end of the day, when you die and when I die, it doesn't matter how much money is in our bank account
What matters to me is my memories. I don't give a f—." "I'm not going to be around people that bring me down on a daily basis," she continued, crying
"I'm just doing my best." Khloé, in an attempt to mediate, suggested that the sisters all "stop judging each other" and pointed to her own recent move to Cleveland
"I will move to another state at some point, or another country," Kourtney interjected
"I cannot wait for that day and hopefully just won't have to have these fake relationships
" Eventually, Kim rearranged her meetings to accommodate Kourtney's schedule and the photo shoot came to fruition — even though the tension between the sisters was clearly lingering
In fact, it even stopped Kourtney from showing up to Kim's baby shower a few days later
"I really hoped Kourtney was going to get over herself and just show up, but she didn't," said Kim
"So I don't think she's big on family. Because if she was, she'd be at my shower
" But there was one person who appeared to be in a surprisingly good place with Kourtney: her ex Scott Disick, 34, who reluctantly opened up about his relationship with Sofia Richie, 19
"Honestly, everything's been going pretty well lately. This is the first time I've ever been with anybody other than Kourtney, so it's definitely different, but it's been a really good thing for me," he said
"It's a little bit different for me to talk about what's going on now. Sometimes I feel guilty that I've moved on
" "One part of me is really happy that I'm able to care about somebody again, but there always is some feeling in the back of me that feels guilty because I'm moving on from Kourtney," he added
Nevertheless, Disick said he was doing "amazing, for like, the first time in my life
" "I think that Kourtney and I have been through a lot. It's an ongoing struggle, but I think she's doing well now and I'm happy for her," he added
"I feel that I'm able to now live my life the way I should." Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sundays (9 p
m. ET) on E!

Strongest 4-2-3-1 Arsenal Lineup Including New Signings That Can Compete For The Premier League - Duration: 5:23.While Arsenal ran out 2-0 winners over Lazio in their final friendly before the start of the season, there was a more profound implication at play
This is no longer the great Arsene Wenger's team. Though many of the players from the Wenger era remain, this is now truly Emery's team
And like all managers in the modern era, he will live or die by the sword depending on how the team performs when the Premier League starts
When Stephan Lichtsteiner cleaned Senad Lulic out in the third minute, you could feel that the mantle has been passed down to Emery
Later on in the game when Lulic and Lichtsteiner had to be separated, you could see how much the Arsenal fans had missed these kinds of moments if you just glanced a peek on Arsenal twitter
While not the Arsenal of George Graham, Emery has undoubtedly laid his marks on the team
Although most of Arsenal's dealings have gone under the radar, you have to be a fool to think that there has been no pattern behind the recent transfer acquisitions
While it was mainly Stephan Lichtsteiner who showed his nasty side against Lazio, players like Lucas Torreira and Sokratis Papastathopoulos has been made of the same mould
Emery would be hoping that the players he has bought will gel before the hellish two opening games of the Premier League season in Man City and Chelsea
Emery as a coach is calculating and measured in every approach. Think of him as the anti Jurgen Klopp
While Klopp prefers the Gegenpressing, Emery likes the calculative way of pushing forward with the ball
The Spaniard prefers the 4-2-3-1, and that is precisely what we will get at Arsenal
Here at The 4th Official, we take a look at how Emery can lineup with his strongest team
Defence. Deciding who will be the goalkeeper is not as straightforward as it seems
While Bernd Leno is undoubtedly a supremely talented goalkeeper, the veteran Petr Cech has been in fine form this pre-season
However, it will indeed be baffling to see Arsenal spend £22.5m on a goalkeeper, only not to play him
Leno wins out for us. With Koscielny injured, the task of choosing the starting centre-backs becomes easier
We will go with Shkodran Mustafi and Sokratis Papastathopoulos here. Monreal should start as the left back, but the question remains as to who would be the better fit at right back? Hector Bellerin, who has been at Arsenal for quite a while now, or the new signing Stephan Lichtsteiner? Lichtsteiner is now 34 and fast approaching the twilight of his career, but we must not forget that this is the man who has won seven Serie A titles
And if anyone had any concerns about his desire, that would surely have been put to rest in today's encounter
A tough one to decide for sure but for now we are going with Lichtsteiner here
Midfield. While Xhaka has played at the base of midfield for quite a while now, you get the feeling that he would be more comfortable in an advanced role in midfield
We expect Torreira to start in Xhaka's place and Ramsey to play a little higher up the pitch
For all of Mesut Ozil's faults, the German has to start in the No. 10 position.Henrikh Mkhitaryan would be a certainty to start given Arsenal's limited options on the wings
While Ozil can sometimes play on the flanks, leaving Aaron Ramsey to play the No
10 role and Torreira and Xhaka starting behind the Welshman, we do not expect this to be the case in most situations
Alex Iwobi would be the most logical choice to start on the other flank in such an instance
Forward. This would be a straightforward battle between Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette
While there have been many fantasies of seeing the duo play together in the same team, that is unlikely to happen from the very start
We have to give the nod to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang here
