The one thing I noticed about Trina was for years and years,

she was being taunted by somebody in the industry, right?

Remember Trina, you wasn't saying nothing.

I just felt like I don't know you.

We're not friends. We never spoke.

I'm just thinking, like, what would [bleep] do?

She wouldn't say a word. That's a fact.

So just keep it moving. I just don't have the time for that.

A while ago I was doing this internet stunt.

but I was never going to get to that,

because we had our own connection.

What can we expect next with you and Trick?

We're working on some music right now.

It's a little difficult now in the studio with me and Trick

from you they collect in what we want so

much for you to accept as a reality that

we've called this vibrational reality we

demonstrated in this way this

vibrational reality this vortex of

reality as these Rockets of desire

radiates from you they are gathered

together by the powerful law of

attraction and they are watched and

understood by your inner being by the

source energy from which you have come

so what happens to you as life causes

you to launch those rockets is that you

have the opportunity

to be a vibrational match with the

rocket that you've launched or not or

some version in between in other words

life can cause you to ask for more but

you may not move in the direction of

what you're asking for in fact most

times most humans do not when you know

you don't have enough money and you ask

for more money more money begins to be

assembled for you precisely for you

immediately

but more often than not you're stuck in

the I don't have enough money and

therefore I want more money but I don't

have enough money but I do want more

money but I don't have enough money

that's why I'm asking for more money I

don't have enough but I would like more

but you in most cases are not a sketchy

or a consistent vibrational match to the

abundance that you're asking for now

your inner beam is because when you ask

it is given vibrationally immediately so

you're intervene becomes an immediate

match for what your life has caused you

to expand to but when your inner being

expands in the direction of your desire

and you don't then there's a vibrational

variance within you and you that you can

feel in the form of emotion and that

emotion doesn't feel good it feels like

worry or it feels like disappointment or

it feels like not enough it feels like

discouragement but when you launch a

rocket of desire and you're able to

focus in the direction of your desire

when you thinking about what you want

and why you want it so that you approach

the vibrational integrity of your new

desire in a consistent and meaningful

way when there's not a big expanse

between the vibration of your desire and

the vibration of your belief and a

belief is just a thought you continue to

think when that expanse doesn't exist so

much but you are more believing more

hoping and then believing and knowing

that while it may not have come to full

fruition that there is a vibrational

version of it that you can believe in

and that really is the point of

everything that we will be talking about

in the days that we are together because

if you can begin to believe in this

vibrational version then it's like the

farmer who believes in the kernel of

corn that he puts in the ground he

believes that that is a seed that will

grow into a stalk and in two ears of

corn he doesn't doubt it because he has

knowledge of the way that it works well

we want you to leave this gathering in

these days with the same certainty that

the farmer has when he puts the corn in

the ground that while he cannot see it

he knows what's coming next

we want you to trust the process we want

you to come to understand the laws of

the universe we want you to trust your

own guidance system we want you to know

what emotion means we want you to know

that when you have negative emotion that

you are compromising your own desire for

the time being at least

because you are activated in a vibration

that opposes your own desire you just

can't hold a desire and doubt it and

move in the direction of your desire

because the vibration of your desire and

the vibration of doubt are very

different frequencies it's like sticking

a stick in a wheel it sort of brings it

to a screeching halt and slows the

progress of it for as long as you keep

doing that and so we know that you've

been listening to us for a while and we

know that you for the most part

understand the basics of what we offer

you know you are a vibrational beginning

you know that you came from a

vibrational source and you understand

that you're an extension of source and

that you've come with great purpose but

you may not remember that you are here

for the purpose of joy and that

expansion is natural to you and the life

is supposed to feel good to you and that

there is an ease that you can step into

that most humans have not yet because as

humans you believe more in struggle and

more in effort and more in working an

accomplishment and determination and

while we are not discouraging focus or

determination or intentionality in fact

we are all about that

but we want you to leave this gathering

with a new determination to allow the

laws of the universe to work for you and

for you to find a way to work within

them because you cannot buck the laws of

the universe and what so often you do

you don't mean to but you buck your own

current you desire something and then

you talk against it you say I want this

but then you explain how it is and it's

your explanation of what is that holds

you back more than anything else because

what is is really old news in terms of

manifestation it's like gum that you've

chewed all the flavor out of what is

isn't where the action is it isn't where

the primary attention of sources it

isn't where the new enthusiasm is it

isn't where the energy that creates

worlds is it's where what you've been

doing has already been done and now

you're on to other things but you know

mostly you don't want to look on to the

other things where the energy is flowing

and where the action is and where the

juice is juiciest because for this one

reason and we're going to do our best to

talk you out of this in the days that we

are together because in your humanists

and you are beautiful you adore your

ability to see and hear and smell and

taste and touch you like the tangible

and we like it too we like it for you

too we would like you to like the

tangible we'd like you to like the

manifested in that full sense that's

what it's all about in fact what's in

your vortex is a bit like the kernel of

seed in the ground we don't want it to

remain like that we want it to come into

full fruition for you so that you can

enjoy it on all levels of your being but

if you need to see it before you believe

it if you need to see it before you will

allow yourself to feel enthusiasm about

it if you need to see it and smell it

and hear it and tasted them touch it

before you will accept its reality then

that's what holds you up and because

it's hard for you to accept that there's

very good books about it it's hard for

you to accept that this vortex is real

because it doesn't feel as real to you

as what you can already experience with

your physical senses what we want you to

know is that what's in your vortex will

come out and play with you so that you

can experience it in your physical

senses we want you to realize that there

is a steady evolution of that and we

want you to catch the spirit with us of

how delightful it is when you begin to

allow yourself to experience with full

awareness the turning of thoughts to

things so often you think I want

such-and-such to happen I want my lover

to come or I want this money to be there

I want my Empire or my life's work I

want something tangible I want it to be

real I want it to be a real reality and

then you think and when it is real then

I will feel good and we say but you got

that backwards you have to feel good

about it and then it becomes real you

don't wait for it to be real and then

you feel good about it so what happens

as you watch what you call success or

expansion of others in your world and

you see they're tangible creations and

you wish them for yourself and that's a

wonderful thing

전현무 유이의 사회로 진행됐다.

이날 효린은 2부 오프닝 무대를 펼쳤다.

'흑기사' OST인 '태엽시계'로 2부의 문을 연 그녀는

"차태현 오빠, 저랑 바다 보러 가실래요?"라는 멘트로

'바다 보러 갈래'라는 자신의 노래를 시작했다.

이어 '달리'라는 곡을 부르며 본격적으로 과감한 안무를 펼쳤다.

밀착된 보디슈트를 입고 하체를 과감하게 노출한 효린은

시종일관 하체를 강조하는 안무를 펼쳤다.

카메라는 공연 도중 수시로 객석의 배우들을 비췄고 화면에

잡힌 배우들은 효린의 강렬한 무대에 놀란듯 굳은 모습으로

손뼉을 치거나 입을 벌리고 무대를 바라보는 등의 반응을 보였다.

3 Steps Getting More Speaking Engagements (Using Video) - Duration: 5:24.

now I'll never forget the first time that I stepped on stage in front of

2,000 people my heart was just like pounding through my chest and it was

literally both the most terrifying and the most invigorating moment of my life

all at the same time and for many years I had this amazing opportunity of being

able to lecture at so many of the top universities all across the country and

actually at this point spoken I had over 300 universities yes one of many careers

I've had in my past I used to lecture at colleges on confidence and relationships

and the way that I used to market my speaking engagements was all based on

video no one's going to hire you for any type of major speaking event without

making sure that you are as good as you say you are so if you're looking to get

more speaking engagements get in front of more people than follow these three

steps because video is a great way to book more speaking agents keep watching

hey there Adam little J from viewership comm where we help you grow your

viewership so he can build your business and this video right here is all about

getting more speaking engagements now maybe you want to just get paid for your

speaking engagements and make a living off of that or alternatively maybe you

have a product or a service something you want to sell from this stage and

just get in front of people because you know that the more people you get in

front of the more income you make the more impact that you have regardless of

how you want to make that happen this three-step process is going to help you

book more speaking engagements using videos so here let's just jump right

into it the step number one is start by giving free speeches what I would do is

reach out to all the YMCA's all around Massachusetts because that's where I

live and I didn't want to have to fly to go go get free speeches but I would say

hey look I'm going to waive my fee to come and speak at your school or your

organization the only thing that I want to do is I want a videotape that speech

and what I did is I spoke at over 30 different YMCAs local youth groups just

places where quite frankly I had an audience I didn't need which one that I

didn't care I just wanted an audience who was engaged in somewhat interested

in what I was talking about and then after giving 30 free speeches a few

things happen number one is I got better at speaking in front of large groups I

became less nervous about it and number two I had enough video yes I videotaped

every single speech I had enough video where I could kind of edit together so

that it looks like I was actually a really good speaker which I wasn't quite

that good of a speaker yet but at least I was able to create a promotional video

that made me look pretty good and pretty experienced which brings me to step

number two I already got ahead of it which is edit those speeches into that

cohesive speaking video chances are since you are just beginning or you

don't have you're not a seasoned professional speaker or a motivational

speaker your speech is going to be a little bit rough so editing is a really

important part of making sure that that speech looks really good and it's going

to get you more speaking engagements and the more speaking engagements you get

the better you get and then before you know it you know you're going to be able

to have a really kick-ass video that markets your speaking and it's going to

like actually really good but for the time being right now if you're just

getting started with speaking chances are you're gonna have to do some really

interesting editing techniques number one is like add a lot of music into it

add a lot of background music like motivational music at certain times and

number two is have really tight editing so in between points if there's an

awkward pause at all switch over edit to something else I

would go so far as I would give the same speech to six different schools and I

would tell a story the same story at all different six schools that I would edit

the best parts of each story put it all together so it looked really good and it

sounded good that's how you can be able to build a really kick-ass video that's

going to help market your speaking business and once you have that video

you can start marketing that video to a lot of different organizations where

you'd like to get either again paid speeches or free speeches whatever your

goals are when it comes to speaking step number three is continue releasing video

content regularly on social platforms what you'll find is of course every time

you get on stage you're gonna become a better speaker at the same time every

time you create a new piece of video content you're going to get better at

creating good content and one thing I noticed over the years of creating a lot

of different videos like hundreds of videos is that every video you create

there's usually one or two things that you say that you're like that's actually

pretty good that's new that's interesting and you want to note those

things right if there's something really interesting or unique that unique that

came out of that video write that down and then after you've had 50 or so

videos released out there you can go back to your best pieces of content put

it all together and now you have a new speech so basically what I'm saying is

the more that you create content the better it's going to help you with your

speaking gage myths so I want to hear from you have you ever used video to get

I'm going to do a coordinating mission with clothes that subscribers sent me

Actually I was worried that there will be too little

Or too much clothes

But there was just a nice amount of clothes and I was able to use all except two or three of them

The excepted ones are some that are too normal or those that are several (Ex: if there are 2 suspenders, I used 1 )

I brought 4 of them

let's take a look and I'll show you my outfits!

First

Doesn't this look like a wedding guest outfit?

I really don't have this kind of item

So, as just I saw this

I thought that this is for a wedding

Or it might be ok for a date look in spring

it's really not my style

But I'll try to change It into my style

This kind of item isn't hard to coordinate

If you just wear a cardigan on this and hold the waist or just wear a cute hat, the styling is done

I tried a more bohemian style

It's just like this when It's worn normally

It's elegant and it has some spring and summer feel

The H line makes a pure feel

Now I'm going to style these in my taste

I thought of it as soon as I saw the punching detail

So, a bohemian style cardigan!

It's like a poncho, a bit

And a belt bag will grab the line!

I chose silver and rose gold and just gold for the accessories

It's a style that kids like to wear

I think even I wore this kind of style when I was little

I'll try to style this

I just wore it first, with the t-shirt that I'm going to style together

It wasn't that small

It was bigger than I was worried about

So, I'm thinking about having a belt on

The suspenders are really cute, so I tried to maximize the cuteness

The fit was a bit large

So, I have a belt on the waist

So, I matched a tight cropped shirt for a tighter, but childish style

The shoes are fat and cute platform shoes

The clothes and belt are pastel, other parts are bolder

A beret will be cute, and a camp cap will also be pretty

But this kind of ear-covering cap is the trend these days

So, I matched one

I look like I have to stand beside a small airplane

wearing cute clothes makes me want to go to the amusement park

I chose earrings that aren't too fancy

pink and black

So, the Items are a set with those colors

If it's fancy, it's too much

And the cute feel might get weaker, so I chose smaller ones

And the point with one suspender down!

Styling like this gives more detail to your look

It's much better!

It's a clean and simple outer that's thin for spring

There's a strap here on the front for a ribbon

But I wanted to cross them and have a broch on it for a point (As soon as I saw it!)

If I wear this with the one-piece ago, it's like this

Aren't they similar?

Now, let's do it In my style!

Now I'm a bit like a daughter-in-law from Gangnam

I said that a broch will be better than a ribbon

So, that's the point for this look

This is much more natural than a ribbon

And the pants are also a bit crossed

The top and bottom are similar!

This kind of outer looks nice with a one-piece

Or girly clothes will also be pretty

But I tried a bit girl crush feel

Since the outer and pants don't have patterens, I chose a blouse with a lot of patterns. isn't it a good point?

I didn't match a bag with this

But on this kind of outfit, a mini bag is a must!

This kind of wide pants go nice with high heels

So consider this for a pretty outfit

This is just a really normal tennis skirt

I thought hard about this item, but I thought that you guys will like to see a more normal look

This is a basic item that's pretty enough with a t-shirt or sweatshirt, so I thought a lot about an outfit with this

I outfitted it all-black for as street feel

It's a dark, all black street fashion this time

The chain detail and ring earrings are surely street-like

The tennis skirt gives a more lovely street feel

This kind of style is hot on foreign street fashions

A hoody that's cropped beneath the breast Is popular, because of the sexy feel

wearing a see-through or clothes with another color, or wearing it over underwear like I did is nice

Since it isn't that much cropped, it isn't too hard to swallow (This might be only to me! LOL)

Since it's all black, the accessories are also simple ring earrings

And the chain is one that's on the clothes

It's attachable, so I had it on for a detail point

This gives more bling bling to all black look

And when you think of street fashion, you can't miss chains and ring earrings

So, giving this kind of detail is a simpler look
