SRK's Zero Disappoints People with Disabilities - Duration: 2:21.

Alim Chandani is a disability rights activist for the hearing impaired.

He said that if he would have gone for Shah Rukh Khan's new movie Zero,

he would have had to walk out within minutes.

The movie did not have english subtitles

due to which he would not have understood the movie.

Shah Rukh is playing a character with dwarfism and Anushka Sharma plays a woman with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair.

When Alim saw the trailer of the movie he was very excited.

He thought since the movie is about people with disabilities,

the movie would be sensitive about the needs of the people with disabilities.

He said that it is very sad that bollywood makes movies about people with disabilities,

but they fail to include the disabled community by providing services to support them.

The film industry, after knowing the problems about people with disabilities,

are focused on broadcasting the 'sensitivity' of those with disabilities,

for getting marketing benefits, without the intention of supporting them.

Alim observed that many bollywood movies like Padmavat and Hitchki did not have english subtitles.

He created a survey in written english as well as Indian Sign Language.

He received 4,000 responses from both deaf and non-deaf persons.

84% of the community agreed that production houses must provide subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.

Subtitles will help the hearing community understand the dialogue better and improve their vocab skills.

The RPWD Act 2016 for people with disabilities says that,

electronic media must give services such as closed captions, audio description and sign language interpretation.

Watching a movie without any barriers is a fundamental right and this issue needs to be fixed.

Picher, Oklahoma, located in Ottawa County, was once a quaint little American mining community. The town,which sits just a quarter mile off Route 66, was the national center of lead and zinc mining. The Picher lead company was a thriving business.

Neighborhood kids played in their yard, There were high school basketball games and church bake sales, commerce was booming. It was a hardworking, typical small town in the United States.

Years of extracting ore from the earth lead to large piles of toxic waste from the mines scattered around the city. These contaminated mine tailings, tons of mill sand known as chat, have a serious impact on the enviroment and human health. In the Picher area, residents were like exposed to the harmful toxins every time they stepped outside their door, But they had no idea of the hazards, Kids would ride their bikes up and down the chat piles, some parents even used chat to fill their kids sandboxes.

To make matters worse, a 2008 EF4 tornado tore through the town killing six people, levelling buildings and destroying over 100 homes. For most of Picher's remaining residents, it was the final straw.

Picher is among a small number of locations in the world such as Gillman Colorado, Centralia Pennsylvania, and Wittenoom to be evacuated and declared uninhabitable due to enviromental and health damage caused by the mines the town once serviced.

In January 2011, the demolition of Picher began, although six families still refused to move. As of 2018, 0 people live in the town.

Okpo Land was an Amusement Park based on the outskirts of Okpo - Dong, South Korea

The Park has a controversial history as it was a site of 2 fatal accidents before authorities shut it down.

It was shut down in May 1999 after a series of fatal accidents.

In the middle of the 1990's a person died on the park's famous duck themed coaster. but his family recieved no compensation or apology from the park.

When the exact same accident occurred again in 1999, the park's owners disappeared overnight. Leaving the second victim's family again with no compensation or apology.

Soon after, the park was declared unsafe by the authorities and shut down.

What was left from Okpo Land park was finally demolished in 2011.

My pour high heel shoe - can you walk in that one? - Duration: 7:30.

Hey guys! In this video we will embellish a high heel shoe with the acrylic pouring design.

We will use an Acrylic Skin Sticker to get an even design on every part of the shoe.

You will find a list of material and a link to my book in the description below.

To prepare the Acrylic Skin Sticker we will use a simple technique and pour the paint on contact paper.

But first of all tape the edges of the contact paper on a stiff ground like a cardboard.

Then gently roughen it with sandpaper.

Put a base layer of acrylic color mixed with pouring medium on top and let it dry.

For more information about the Acrylic Skin Stickers, please watch my tutorial or read my book.

Now you can start with the colors of your choice and use it like a normal canvas.

This time the base layer of my sticker was black, then I've put a black, pink and violet color mixture on top.

All the colors have been mixed with pouring medium to get it fluid.

I show you how to premix the colors and how to use the techniques of acrylic pouring in the basic tutorial.

On top of the wet colors, I pour the white paint mixture for the swipe technique. There's no silicon oil added in the white paint.

Then I swipe the white paint over the other colors. You can use a palette knife for this.

Torching creates bigger cells.

Here I'm adding silver pigment for some metallic effects.

When you're satisfied with your results, you should let a sticker drive for about two days.

Then clean the surface from silicon oil rests.

Cut out the sticker and remove the protection paper on the back.

Now you can cover the shoe. Apply it on the surface and cut off the overlapping rests of the sticker.

Some extra cuts make it easier to bend the sticker.

That's the finished high heel shoe.

I would recommend to use the shoe for decoration like a bowl for your keys or jewelry.

Or you can use it as a pet lounge.

If you wanna go to Bali you could hop off the tamsui mrt station and take a yacht go through the river

oh damage the weather is getting colder I'm really afraid of that

okay anyway you can have a bike ride along the river side which is very comfortable

in a sunny day not this kind of weather

the history here could go back to the stone age. Very very ancient

People use here to maybe take a boat or yacht or fishing

It's such a long history. But long story short

people use here as a wharf. Big boat or small boat comes in and out. Still very useful nowadays

Sandra "Pepa" Denton has a new boyfriend on the reality series Growing Up Hip Hop.

At the end of season three, Denton, 51, revealed that she was dating her former bodyguard Aundre Dean.

Aundre, 29, is also one of the musical artists she's been mentoring.

During the season four sneak peak, Pepa spoke about her new relationship with her daughter and fellow cast member Egypt Criss.

"I'm at my Malibu home for my staycation with someone very special," she told the crew.

"Now I'm dating Aundre who used to be my bodyguard.

It's good for me. It feels good.

It feels right." Pepa added that she was "super happy" about the relationship.

Pepa Is Dating Her Former Bodyguard & Aspiring Musician Aundre Dean.

In addition to their romance, Pepa serves as a mentor and producer for Aundre alongside rap mogul Dame Dash. "So Aundre is my bodyguard, but also an artist himself," Pepa said during season three.

"I love his sh*t. I ain't gonna lie.

I don't support anybody just to support them." Pepa also used Aundre as a sounding board for issues that she was having with Egypt and her boyfriend Sam at the time.

"Well, I'm just your security," Aundre responded.

Pepa's relationship with Aundre has led to some controversy, however.

According to The Blast, Aundre's ex-wife Jordyn Taylor accused Pepa of flaunting their relationship on Instagram while he is still legally married.

Aundre claims that he and Taylor got married in 2016 and separated in January 2018.

They have two children together, which has led Aundre to seek joint physical and legal custody of them.

Aundre Is Currently In the Midst of a Custody Battle With His Ex-Wife Jordyn Taylor.

Aundre's refusal to pay spousal support, however, has led Taylor to seek primary physical and legal custody and a desire for Aundre to only get visitation.

Taylor explained her stance to The Blast, saying that the bodyguard was physically abusive and left her to raise their son by herself.

"He abandoned me and our one-year-old son and cheated on me with another woman," she said.

"He has not paid any support and I am the victim of domestic violence, and there is currently a TRO in place.".

Taylor Claims That Pepa & Aundre Making Their Relationship Public Has Damaged Her Reputation.

"I can't explain Aundre's erratic behavior.

I believe this is just another stunt for his reality show," Taylor added.

"He has destroyed me and my family on social media and TV.

I have been publicly humiliated at my home, work and school.".

In her request for attorney fees, Taylor's attorney said that Aundre made her look bad in the public eye.

"[Mr Dean] has put my client's life on display and his affair with a known celebrity is plastered all over social media and news media," the attorney wrote.

"My client has been publicly abused and humiliated to literally millions of people.".
